Dear CDR Members:
Our Fall CDR meeting will be held Friday, October 8, 2004 at the
Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Los Angeles. The meeting will commence at
8:00 AM and conclude by 2:30 PM.
*CCEA will reimburse you for your hotel room at the rate of $99.00 +
tax. You must call
to make your reservation prior to September 16 in order to
obtain this rate. The phone
number of the hotel is: 310-642-1111. Ask for the CCEA rate.
The address of the
hotel is 6101 West Century Blvd., Los Angeles, CA. The hotel is
located less than a
mile from the airport and they operate a 24 hour shuttle to and
from the airport.
*CCEA will also reimburse you for your travel expenses. If you
drive, the reimbursement
will be $.34 per mile. If you fly, you will be reimbursed at
the lowest available rate on
September 8, 2004.
*CCEA will also reimburse you for Self-Parking at the hotel if you
drive.
*CCEA will provide lunch for you on Friday.

items that you would like to have added to the agenda, please let me

Because there are so many changes in CDR representatives, I have not
been able to finalize the roster or the list of committee
assignments. Therefore, if you have received this email and are no
longer one of the two CDR representatives from your District, please
forward this information to the appropriate individual, plus, please
let me know ASAP. Thanks!
