A Note From The Conference Chairman, Hank Johnson
Good Day to all of you. My name is Hank Johnson and I am the chair of the 2002 CCEA State Convention in Costa Mesa this year. And I need your help. Would you please get this information to EVERY school in your district. It is important and needs to get to everyone in the State!
1) On Friday morning, April 26th, we will be offering field trips to two schools in Dist. X. You will want to sign up early. Notify Vic Whitaker ASAP

2) On Friday afternoon, April 26th, we will be offering four workshops with the following subjects: WASC Prep., CTAP certification, CPR and/or First Aid recertification for administrators and/or teachers. Also notify Vic.

3) Also on Friday afternoon, we will offer several workshops for teachers and classified
in the use of technology. Other workshops will emphasize classified presentations.
4) Presenters will receive $75.00 off of their registration fees. If there are two presenters for the same workshop, they split the $75.
5) After the dinner on Fri. night, there will be dancing and a casino night.
6) Get Call for Presenters and Registration forms on the net www.cceanet.org
7) Remember, each district is to bring one present in the $25 range as a prize.
8) Find a way to transport examples of student art work. We have a great display area!
