Dear: CCEA Affiliate Members and Prospect Affiliate Members

It is time to get ready for "CCEA 2008: Lights, Camera, Action, Education" at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel, LAX! Conference dates are Friday, April 25 – Sunday, April 27, 2008. We‘ve set-up the lights, adjusted the cameras to provide you with new ideas, great networking with new members and new business opportunities. We look forward to you exhibiting with us this year.

CCEA 2007 in Sacramento raised the bar and was a great conference. CCEA 2008 promises to be even more exciting. Our membership is increasing daily! So you cannot afford to miss exhibiting and reaching out to all those teachers, administrators and classified support folks. Here is just a peek at how you can benefit from exhibiting at CCEA 2008:

Access to over 500 members who are decision makers and buyers of YOUR products and services!

Your company contact information and booth location are printed in our program book, so all attendees will know you are there!

Members will have access to our exhibitor list via our website, so they can plan ahead and bring business your way!

We can provide a link to your website from our website.

Exhibiting with California’s greatest association, CCEA can only benefit you, your company, and your profits!

Build long lasting relationships with schools from all over California, and expand those relationships to schools from out of state!

You also have the opportunity to get a discount on your CCEA 2009 booth by entering our booth-decorating contest. CCEA has created two categories, single booths and multiple booths. Both categories will consist of a 1^st place winner, receiving a 50% discount on next year’s show and 1 runner up receiving a 25% discount on next year’s show. Who can afford to miss that opportunity?

It is not too early to start getting ready to exhibit now!

Please note booths will only be assigned when completed and signed paperwork is received along with payment in full.
